Pip

A crypto trading bot most people can't actually read — so Pip explains every action in plain language through a pixel-robot mascot, instead of hiding behind jargon and a wall of settings.

Pip Trading Bot
The brief

Most trading bots assume you already know what a Sharpe ratio is. Pip had to work for someone who doesn't — without dumbing down the risk.

The approach

Built as a native desktop app (macOS .dmg / Windows .exe) rather than a web dashboard, connecting to Binance, Bybit, Kraken, KuCoin and OKX through ccxt — with a pixel-robot mascot narrating every action the bot takes, in plain language, no vakjargon.

Security is non-negotiable for something that touches an exchange account: API keys never leave the device, encrypted locally with a user-chosen master password, trading-only permissions, no custodial storage, no withdrawal access — ever.
